Which cruise lines are the best facilities for very young children? (2 years and 4years) Do you they have qualified Paediatricians on board? The eldest is asthmatic and although we haven’t had any serious issues before I am concerned that the Caribbean climate may be a little humid? Can anyone shed any light and perhaps provide some informed recommendations?
